做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
