做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
