做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
