做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
