做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
