做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
