做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
