做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
