做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
