做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
