做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
