做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
