做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
