做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
