做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
