做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
