做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
