做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
