做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
