做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
