做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
