做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
