做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
