做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油(yóu )六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
