做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
