做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
