做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
