做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
