做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
