做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
