做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
