做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
