做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放(fàng )两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。
