做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
