做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
