做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
