做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
