做(zuò )法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
