做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
