做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
