做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
