做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
