做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
