做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
