做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。
