做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
