做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
