做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
