做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
