做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
